Volare Terracotta is a decorative mineral coating formulated with natural clay, lime, and selected natural/inorganic additives, designed to create authentic earthy finishes with depth and character.
Unlike standard marmorino systems, the addition of natural clay (argilla) gives this product a warmer, more textured and organic aesthetic, closely resembling traditional terracotta and raw mineral surfaces.
Its composition ensures:
- High breathability of walls
- Natural antibacterial and anti-mould properties due to lime
- Strong adhesion and durability over time
Volare Terracotta is ideal for creating thick, material finishes, allowing applicators to achieve rustic, natural surfaces that evolve visually with light and texture.
EARTHY AND ARCHITECTURAL
Volare Terracotta
is designed to deliver a natural, warm and architectural look, sitting between decorative plaster and traditional clay renders.
Its grain structure and clay content allow:
- Rich, earthy tones and depth
- Soft irregular textures
- A more “alive” surface compared to standard Volare
It can be applied:
- In natural terracotta tones
- Or tinted and modified for cocciopesto and mineral effects
With the correct technique, it can achieve:
- Rustic Mediterranean finishes
- Cocciopesto effect (exposed crushed aggregates)
- Micro-granite / textured mineral looks
This makes it ideal for projects where warmth, texture, and authenticity are key design elements.
